3. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: b) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a revised drawing for the written agreement of the Planning Authority showing how the new access doors from Castleforbes Road to the bike lifts can allow the universal design vehicle to pass through the doors in accordance with Section 2.3.1 of the National Transport Authority Cycle Design Manual (2023).
