2. The development shall be revised as follows: a. The dormer on the rear facing roof plane shall have a maximum external width of 3.3 metres and shall be centred on the roof plane. b. The dormer shall be set below the existing ridge height by 150mm. c. The 2 no. combined rooflights shall be replaced with 1no. rooflight which is no greater than 660mm in width. For avoidance of doubt, a maximum of 2 no. rooflights within the front facing roof plane is permitted. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings. Reason: In the interests of orderly development and visual amenity.
