2. The proposed development shall be amended as follows: (a) The centrally located rear window to the shared staircase at first-floor level shall revert to the originally proposed window type, in accordance with Drawing Numbers PG-04, PG-05 and PG-06; and (b) The rear ground floor windows and sliding doors to Apartments Numbers 1 and 2 shall align vertically with the rear first floor windows of Apartment Numbers 3 and 4 located directly above, as altered by way of a response to further information request and indicated on Drawing Numbers AI-PG-02, AI-PG-04 and AI-PG-05. Revised drawings showing compliance with these requirements shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. Reason: In the interests of residential and visual amenity.
