2. Prior to the commencement of development the following shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority : a) A revised elevation and section drawing of the entire shopfront at a scale of 1:50, omitting the charcoal grey composite panels and indicating a shopfront framework which contains all the elements of a traditional shopfront such as cornice, pilaster, corbel and fascia with individually mounted lettering and which accords with the provisions of Section 15.17.5 Shopfront and Façade Design of the Dublin City Development Plan 2022-2028 and the City Council’s Shopfront Design Guide (2001). The colour scheme shall complement the materials and colours in the shopfront and adjacent shopfronts b) Revised detailed drawings and specifications of the fascia signage which shall comprise either individually mounted or handpainted and backlit lettering. No spotlights are permitted.
