3. Prior to commencement of development revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the following amendments shall be submitted to the planning authority and written agreement obtained: a) The front dormer projection containing the proposed office and the adjoining patio shall be omitted and replaced with a pitched roof. b) The stone in the existing boundary wall shall be reused and incorporated into the new front boundary in accordance with a methodology to be submitted for agreement. Any remaining stone shall be reused elsewhere in the development.
