Description

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of the following alterations to a Protected Structure. (1) Change of Use of all floors from office use to guest house accommodation for a total of 12 No. bedrooms including accessible bedroom/ ensuite (2) Associated interior works to include new finishes, new drainage, electrical services (3) New exterior steps to the rear lightwell and associated landscaping (4) Upgrade fire safety measures to include an AOV over the stairs and fire safety lobbies internally.
