EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORKS Generally the proposed works comprise maintenance, repair, remedial and improvement works to the following elements of the existing building fabric to ensure that the character of the building is retained and protected: • Repairs to roof slates, flashings, chimney stacks along with cast iron rainwater goods, • Restoration works to original timber sliding sash windows and doors, • Localised repointing works to brickwork facades, brickwork repair and render repairs, Repainting of original cast iron railings, • Interior repair work to address water ingress along with general cleaning, redecoration works and maintenance works to M&E services.
