Conservation b) Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall provide for the written agreement of the planning authority 1:20 section and junction details between the new development and No. 29 Prussia Street (Protected Structure) to demonstrate a sensitive approach to the setting of the Protected Structure and a method statement for the making good of the chimney and gable wall c) Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall provide for the written agreement of the planning authority 1:20 plans, sections and elevations of the proposed entrance, piers, signage to the entrance to Grangegorman Campus and 1:10 details, of the proposed capping detail. Samples of materials and coursing, specifications and methodologies for all repairs required to the new entrance and boundary wall shall be provided.
