11. The development shall comply with the following Transportation Planning Division requirements: f. Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a contractor, a Construction Management Plan for the demolition phase of the development shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, including a detailed traffic management plan, hours of working, noise management measures, off-site disposal of demolition waste and access arrangements for labour, plant and materials, including location of plant and machine compound. Details of the construction coordination phase between the applicant site and the adjoining construction access haul, included within the applicant’s red line boundary as part of concurrent planning permissions, shall be submitted, as the temporary construction access route should be made redundant prior to the occupation of the proposed housing development. The appointed contractor shall liaise with DCC Road Works Control Division during the demolition period. g. Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a main contractor, a Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall be implemented in full during the course of construction of the development, shall provide details of: i. Intended construction practice for the development, demolition, including traffic management, hours of working, noise and dust management measures and off-site disposal of construction waste and access arrangements for labour, plant and materials, including location of plant and machine compound etc. The Traffic Management Plan for construction shall seek to minimise impact on the public road and potential conflict with pedestrians, cyclists and public transport. The Construction Management Plan, including Traffic Management Plan, shall be agreed prior to commencement of development. The appointed contractor shall liaise with DCC Road Works Control Division during construction period
