Description

2. Lighting shall be provided beyond the narrowest point of the shared access laneway in accordance with a scheme, details of which shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. Such low-level lighting shall be designed as such to be fixed downwards, shall not be affixed to neighbouring properties and shall be provided prior to the making available for occupation of the dwelling.
