3. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: b) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: (i) Details of proposed external materials and finishes for the extension. (ii) Detailed drawings of proposed junctions of the Protected Structure and extension. (iii) Where repairs to existing historic fabric are required as part of the demolition and extension works, the applicant shall submit conservation method statements. (iv) Method statements with specifications for repairs to historic fabric associated with the demolition of existing extension, construction of proposed extension and reconfiguration of internal layouts. (v) Detailed reflected ceiling plans and detailed plan drawings of the riser area in rear bedroom 2 on first floor and bedroom 4 on second floor showing the relocation of the riser beyond the line of the run-in-situ cornice, avoiding it completely and therefore negating any impact on the historic fabric of the cornice. (vi) Product details of proposed rooflights which shall be a conservation type.
