6. The applicant shall comply with the following Drainage requirements: d) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with Planning Authority (DPPDC Section) prior to commencement of construction. h) Any drainage works required to facilitate the upgrade of existing public footpaths and carriageways (relocation of existing gullies, installation of new gullies, etc.) shall be submitted to DCC DPPDC Section for written agreement prior to commencement of works.
