3. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council; a) There shall be no net increase in car parking quantum. b) The development shall be revised as follows: i) A revised cycle parking shelter for 54no. spaces which complies with the recommended aisle widths, floor to ceiling heights, entrance widths, bicycle parking bays dimensions, and sheffield stands all in accordance with Section 3.0 of the Dublin City Development Plan, Section 6 ‘Cycle Parking’ in particular table 6.1 ‘layout dimensions for simple cycle stands’ and in the context of Section 2.3 ‘Types of Cycle Vehicles’ of the Cycle Design Manual, September 2023 or any superseding document. c) Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the commencement of the proposed use and revised staff car park on site.
