3. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a revised set of drawings, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, to show the following amendments: a) The depth of the ground floor rear extension shall be reduced by c.1.4 metres so it does not extend beyond the single storey extension at number 5 Richmond Mews. b) The first floor rear bedroom window shall be reduced in width by c. 0.3 metres (300mm) and set back from number 7 Richmond Mews. c) Details of the front elevation garage doors shall be submitted, in terms of materials and finishes. The doors shall be of solid panel construction, and shall not open outward over the laneway. Reason: In the interests of residential amenity.
