10. The developer, in consultation with Irish Rail, shall ensure that the surrounding rail infrastructure is suitably protected during the construction and operational phases of the development. Detailed plans and proposals in this regard shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. Reason: To protect key transport infrastructure and ensure a satisfactory standard of development.
