5. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: a. Within 3 months after the decision of this permission, the applicant shall submit revised drawings for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, showing the following: i. A shared vehicular/pedestrian access no greater than 4.0 metres in width. ii. Reinstatement of a portion of the front boundary wall to clearly define the shared vehicular/pedestrian access onto Glenard Avenue.
