EXPP: The proposed development consists of the following: • Removal and replacement of the existing bay window with a double-glazed unit. The look and colour of the window will reflect what is currently in existence. • Dry lining of the inside face of the internal wall to the front north facing façade at ground and first floor levels. The dry lining will consist of the installation of insulated boards a fixed to the wall, taped, skimmed and painted. • Demolition of the master bedroom ensuite and installation of new suite. • Solar panel installation at roof level. • Demolition of the existing glazed conservatory to the rear of the development. • Construction of the block and brick replacement extension replace the existing glazed conservatory heading style examples. • Internal modifications to the existing kitchen area. • Enlarging the downstairs toilet under the stairs. • New window in existing single storey extension to the rear.
