Description

The development will consist of 1. Construction of a proposed new vehicular access and dished footpath exiting onto Plunkett Road, Finglas West, Dublin 11, proposed works to include modifications to the boundary treatments. 2. The proposed works will require the removal of the existing tree located outside of the site on the public footpath. 3. Modifications to the existing front garden to accommodate a new vehicle parking area. 4. All drainage, structural and associated site works to be implemented.
