2. The development hereby permitted shall incorporate the following amendments. a) The full side gable roof shall be omitted and replaced with a small hip. The side window shall be omitted and may be replaced by a rooflight if required. b) The width of the dormer shall be reduced as far as required to ensure that it does not project beyond the small hip. Revised drawings, plans and particulars showing the above amendments shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement prior to the commencement of development. Reason: In the interest of visual amenity.
