Only one such structure on site, total area 25m2. Not for human habitation or agriculture use. 4. Erection of timber fence to rear garden. Maximum height does not exceed 2m. 5. Internal alteration and refurbishment. Works limited to internal layout modifications. No impact on external appearance.
