4. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section: c) The extant height of the brick wall on the eastern boundary shall be retained, unless clear and adequate justification for the lowering of the wall height can be provided. Revised drawings shall be submitted for the written agreement of the CO, in advance of the works commencing on site showing the height of the historic wall retained in full.
