EXPP: The proposed works comprise the removal of an existing non-original modern shopfront, constructed of timber, at ground floor level at 42-44 Lower Drumcondra Road, Dublin 9. The works will involve exposing and reinstating the building's original brick façade. No new works, replacement shopfront installation, or structural alterations are proposed. The objective is to restore the building's original architectural expression and visually reintegrate it with the surrounding historic streetscape within the Architectural Conservation Area.
