4. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section: d) In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information for the written agreement of the CO: iv) A conservation methodology for the proposed demolition of the extant structures shall be provided. A detailed structural report, informed by best conservation practice of the proposed demolition works shall be provided.
