8. The proposed development shall adhere to the following: (c) The licence method statement and any archaeological reports arising from monitoring shall be submitted to the city archaeologist for written agreement. The reports shall include information on the discovery and extent of any identified archaeological remains and outline the impact of the development on these remains. The planning authority will make written recommendations for preservation by record (excavation) and/or preservation in situ, or other mitigation necessary. Reason: In the interest of preserving or preserving by record archaeological material likely to be damaged or destroyed in the course of development.
