Prior to commencement of any development on site the applicant shall submit for the written agreement of the planning authority details of the treatment and positioning of the proposed ESB meter to the front site. The meter box shall be discretely positioned and concealed from view where possible. Reason: In the interests of orderly development and the visual amenities of the area
