12. Prior to commencement of works on site an external lighting strategy shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority. Light Pollution from external lighting shall be minimised as much as possible and should meet the recommendations of the ILP’s Guidance Note 1 for the reduction of obtrusive light 2021
