4. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section: b) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: i) Revised drawings to show the retention of the staircase to the north end of Smallman’s Warehouse building, subject to any requirement of the Fire Officer. ii) Front on elevational drawings at 1:20 of the proposed new timber glazed doors (including specification of the glazing) to the new corner entrance. A specialist joiner with expertise working on historic shopfronts and historic structures to be employed to complete this work. iii) Confirmation of the extant glazing bar detail shall be provided at a scale of 1:2 to window 15.
