2. The applicant shall comply with the following Transportation Planning Division requirements: a. Prior to the commencement of the change of use, the applicant shall submit revised scaled drawings and documentation for the written agreement of the Planning Authority the following; i. A minimum provision of 61 no. bicycle parking spaces which comply with Section 6 of the National Cycle Design Manual, 2023 published by the National Transport Authority and in particular the minimum standards set out under table 6.1 in terms of bay lengths, access aisle widths, spacing between stands and gap between stand and wall. ii. Car parking space no’s. 10, 11 and 62 identified on drawing title ‘basement level- proposed, submitted at Further Information stage shall be omitted or otherwise agreed in order to accommodate the revised quantum of bicycle parking spaces. iii. Staff bicycle parking compounds shall be well-lit and secure and provide sufficient space between rows of stands to allow easy access/egress of users, including appropriate and sufficient spacing sideways between stands. The bicycle parking layout and quantum of spaces agreed under this condition shall be in place prior to commencement of the proposed use.
