Planning permission is sought by Bart Foley and Rachel Lysaght, for development at 102 Furry Park Road, Killester, Dublin 5, D05 HC92. The development will comprise: (i) demolition of the existing garden shed located in the rear garden and existing side chimney; (ii) construction of a part-single, part-two-storey flat-roofed extension to the rear and side of the existing dwelling, incorporating roof lights; (iii) incorporation of a covered terrace with a pergola structure; (iv) conversion of the existing garage to habitable accommodation; (v) construction of a new garden house at the rear of the back garden for ancillary use; (vi) widening of the vehicular entrance onto Furry Park Road to 3.2 metres; (vii) provision of a low-level bike and bin shed at the front garden of the dwelling; and (viii) all ancillary works, associated landscaping, boundary treatments and ground works necessary to facilitate the development. The planning application may be inspected, or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of Dublin City Council during its public opening hours and a submission or observation in relation to the application may be made to the authority in writing on payment of the prescribed fee within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application.
