Description

3. Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall submit a revised set of drawings showing the following amendments, and shall obtain the written agreement of the Planning Authority: a) A revised first floor layout showing all bedrooms complying with the minimum floor area requirement of 7.1m2. Alternatively the room shown as Bedroom 3 shall be used only for non-habitable purposes (e.g. study/home office).
