2. Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant shall submit plans and sections of the rooflight in profile with the roof at 1:50 scale. The rooflight shall be of a conservation type and shall be kept as small as possible and placed flush with the roofs, and coloured to blend with the existing roof. Reason: In the interests of orderly development and the visual amenities of the Z2 Streetscape area.
