8. The developer shall comply with the requirements of the Drainage Planning, Policy and Development Control (DPPDC) section c) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the management of surface water. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for approval prior to commencement of the development.
