3. Amendments Prior to the commencement of development, the following amendments shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. a) The proposed gable end to the south elevation shall be replaced with a mini-hipped / dutch profile roof b) The dormer shall be a maximum of 6 meters in width and centrally located on the rear roof plane c) The 2 no. rear dormer windows shall each be no greater than the existing rear first floor bedroom window d) The window serving the dormer bathroom shall be finished with obscure glazing and permanently maintained as such. e) Any front rooflights shall be kept as flush as possible with the roof plane. Reason: In the interests of visual and residential amenity.
