3. The development shall be revised, as follows: a. The proposed attic floor level of the rear return extension and associated dormers shall be omitted. b. The height and pitch of the rear return shall match that of the adjoining property no. 27 Haddington Road. c. The proposed window in the rear elevation for the new bathroom shall be permanently glazed in obscure glass. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the building. 3.
