5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Planning, Policy and Development Control Section (DPPDC) of Dublin City Council; b) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the management of surface water. Full details of these shall be agreed with the DPPDC section prior to commencement of the development.
