16. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer: f) The applicant provide the following details for the written agreement of the planning authority prior to the works commencing: i. review the proposed timber sash windows and submit updated details that either reflect details based on empirical equivalent examples or a contemporary interpretation (the substantial exposed sash box indicated on drawing Drawing No. 4005 would be unusual for a building of this age) ii. details of ironmongery hinge/connection plates for the proposed plate glass doors which may be overly intrusive in the composition and require further review of the door treatment
