2. The following requirements of the Conservation Division shall be strictly adhered to: d) In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information for the written agreement of the CO: i. Where metal windows are proposed they shall be steel. The applicant shall submit a revised specification and samples for steel windows and doors ii Samples of the proposed cast iron rain water goods iii. Proposed replacement roof slates shall be Blue Bangor slates iv. Site exemplars for the proposed pointing, rendering and internal plaster, including the removal of pointing and cementitious render, and gypsum plaster, raking out, cleaning, patch repairs, repointing, re rendering (using NHL2 lime mortar to walls and NHL3.5 lime mortar to steps) and render and lime plaster, to be agreed on site with the CO prior to this package of works commencing v.
