12. The following Transportation-Planning requirements of the Planning Authority shall be complied with: ii. Prior to commencement of the development the applicant shall agree in writing, a revised road reconfiguration with the Planning Authority and mechanism and timeline for delivery, to ensure that bus movements can be facilitated in order to increase public transport accessibility serving the development. This shall also address improvements in the level of service for pedestrians and cyclists.
