8. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be undertaken as follows: b. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised drawings for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, demonstrating how the proposed bicycle parking is in accordance with Section 6 of the Cycle Design Manual, 2023 published by the National Transport Authority, in particular the dimensions and key principles, to ensure appropriate manoeuvrability around the site. The bicycle parking design agreed within this condition shall be constructed and ready for use prior to commencement of the proposed use.
