Description

3. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be strictly adhered to: a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall obtain the written approval from the ITS Division within the Planning Authority with regard the provision of the signalised crossing on Chapelizod Road. All works shall be carried out at the applicant/developer’s own expense and to the requirements of the Area Engineer.
