7. The Developer shall comply with the following Transportation Planning Division requirements of the Planning Authority: b) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a contractor, a Construction Management Plan (incl. Construction Traffic Management) shall be submitted to for the written agreement of the planning authority. This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, including traffic management plan, hours of working, noise and dust management measures and off-site disposal of construction waste.
