7. The Developer shall comply with the following Transportation Planning Division requirements of the Planning Authority: a) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a demolition contractor, a Demolition Management Plan shall be submitted to for the written agreement of the planning authority. This plan shall provide details of intended demolition practice for the development, including traffic management plan, hours of working, noise and dust management measures and off-site disposal of demolition waste.
