EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The works proposed include the following: 1. Front and side elevations to be carefully stripped of poorly executed lime render and newly applied by specialist lime render contractor. 2. Careful raking out of sand and cement render to existing stone piers and repointing in lime mortar. 3. Existing single storey modern garage construction to be used as a gym.
