Description
24. The Developer shall comply with the following conditions from the Transportation Planning Division: (h) All on-street parking spaces, excluding accessible spaces, on roads not to be taken in charge shall be allocated to car share unless otherwise agreed in writing with the planning authority. All spaces shall be future proofed for electric charging and 50% of these spaces shall be fitted with electrical charging points. Prior to the completion and occupation of the development, a Management Plan for all roads and kerbside spaces not to be taken in charge shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. Public access shall be provided.
