4. The development shall comply with the following Transportation Planning Division requirements: a) Prior to commence of development, the applicant shall submit revised drawings for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, the following: i. Within 6 months of the final grant of permission, the eastern section of the front boundary wall and pillar gateway shall be reconstructed to provide a single combined vehicular/pedestrian entrance no greater than 3.0m in width. No gates shall open outwards across the public footpath. ii. The vehicular entrance shall be constructed and operate in accordance with the revised entrance agreed under this condition.
