Description

9. Mobility Management (c) A minimum total of 80 parking spaces shall be EV charging ready on the first opening of the development. The remaining spaces shall be ducted for future EV connections, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Planning Authority. There shall be a minimum total of 30 mobility impaired parking spaces and a minimum total of 50 family spaces provided.
