5. The developer shall comply with the following Transportation requirements of the Planning Authority: b) The 8no. cycle parking spaces proposed are insufficient in accordance with the requirements of Table 1 of Appendix 5 of the Dublin City Development Plan, 2022-2028. Prior to commencement of development, revised plans illustrating provision for at least 6no. additional Sheffield style cycle parking spaces and at least 2no. cycle parking spaces capable of accommodating non-standard cycle equipment (e.g. cargo bikes) for visitors shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for written agreement. These spaces shall be located in a convenient and highly visible area adjacent to the Pathology Block, and shall be designed in accordance with the relevant guidance of the Cycle Design Manual, 2023.
