12. The developer shall comply with the following requirement of the Archaeology, Conservation & Heritage, Department of Dublin City Council: I. Should archaeological excavation occur the following shall be submitted to the Planning Authority: ii. A preliminary report on the archaeological excavation not later than four weeks after the completion of the excavation.
