3. The applicant shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of the Planning Authority: a) Prior to the commencement of the works, the applicant shall liaise with and seek written approval from the Parks, Biodiversity & Landscape Services Division to ascertain their requirements concerning the financial contribution to be paid for the removal of the newly planted/small street tree situated in front of the subject site in order to accommodate a driveway access of 2.5m wide. Details of this engagement including receipt of payment of the mentioned financial contribution shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the Planning Authority.
