Description

The proposed works for which planning is sought will include the following; demolition of the existing ground floor extension to the rear of the existing dwelling, partial demolition of the garage structure to the side of the existing dwelling, internal alterations to the existing ground floor layout, construction of a new single-storey, extension to the rear of the existing dwelling, new fenestration details to the rear of the existing dwelling, the insertion of a new rooflight within the existing pitched roof, and the construction of a new garden studio to the rear of the existing garden to accommodate garden shed space and a home office, the widening of the existing vehicular access, all along with associated landscaping, ancillary and site works.
